Founder and CEO of AIage, a Ph.D. in Management from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and an EMBA from Peking University Guanghua School of Management. With extensive experience in investment and management, investment projects include: Guangxi Gaofeng Mining, Impression Liu Sanjie, Guoteng Electronics, Huayi Brothers, HMZ Metal in Canada, Annoruda (gene), AXIONCS Neuroregulation in Los Angeles, UBTECH Robotics, Zero Space (rocket), and Qubit Technology (quantum computer), etc.

Born in 1976, MPA Master, School of Government Management, Peking University. He was the general manager of CIMC Zhongjiyun Pioneer Industry Park, the general manager of Xiamen Hongxin Pioneer Workshop Guangxi Company, and the CEO of Google Guangxi Experience Center. Familiar with industry operation and entrepreneurship project management, with practical experience in frontier projects such as Internet, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, etc.

Extensive experience in domestic and international markets, serving TCL, Mindray, Skyworth, LeTV, and Xiaomi's ecological chain enterprises. Deeply cultivated markets in China, the United States, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia for over ten years. Creator of overseas expansion for Chinese brands from 0 to 1, and the pioneer of overseas market expansion for TCL, Skyworth, and other brands. Expert of cross-cultural management and skilled in management system construction.

Co-founder & CTO of AIage, researcher at Guangxi Academy of Sciences and Guangxi Scholar, Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Former senior researcher at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, mentored by Dr. Michael Rosbash, the Nobel laureate in Physiology or Medicine in 2017. Engaged in research on gene expression regulation, circadian rhythms, aging, and gut microbiota. Published multiple academic papers in journals such as Cell, Neuron, Genes and Development, and Nature.

Co-founder & Co-CTO of AIage. After completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States, he returned to China and is currently the Chief Scientist of the Innovation Team at Lanzhou University, a national-level young talent, a "leading talent" at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and a provincial-level "leading talent". He conducts research on the interaction between symbiotic organisms (parasites and microorganisms) in the gut and the host gut immune system, and is committed to the treatment of inflammatory diseases. In the past five years, he has led projects worth more than 20 million yuan at the provincial and ministerial levels. As the first or corresponding author, he has published more than 20 papers in journals such as Nature Aging, Nature Communications, Microbiome, eBioMedicine, and npj Biofilms and Microbiomes.

CDO of AIage, holds a doctoral degree in engineering and a postdoctoral degree from the Department of Electronics at Tsinghua University. He graduated with a Ph.D. from Central South University in 2001 and has worked in the research and development of CDMA base stations and wireless multimedia technology at ZTE and Tsinghua University. From 2003 to 2020, he served as the technical director of the "Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Network Application Technology Key Laboratory" at Tsinghua University Research Institute in Shenzhen, and also served as a dual-employed expert at Pengcheng Laboratory. He has been responsible for multiple projects, including those from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation in industry, academia, and research, and key technology research and development projects in Shenzhen. He has undertaken several national and provincial major projects as a sub-project leader. Many of his technologies have been successfully commercialized.
